職位 : Part & Production Control Staff


Jobdescribe

1. ออกออเดอร์สำหรับ Local parts
2. ตรวจสอบข้อมูลในระบบ Order ทั้งหมดก่อนทำการส่งให้กับ Suppliers
3. ตรวจสอบข้อมูลเชิง Logistics ได้แก่ Warehouse (จุดเก็บชิ้นส่วน), DOCK (จุดลงงาน), Package Data (บรรจุภัณฑ์), Due Date & Due Time (เวลาในการส่งชิ้นส่วน) ซึ่งข้อมูลดังกล่าวจะต้องถูกต้องตามเงื่อนไขของการส่งและการผลิต
4. ตรวจสอบข้อมูลทั่วไปในระบบ Order เพื่อป้องกันการประมวลผลที่พลาดของระบบ ได้แก่ ตรวจสอบว่า Model-Lot ที่ได้ทำการ Plan ไว้ ระบบได้มีการนำข้อมูลไปคำนวนทั้งหมด, ตรวจสอบว่าไม่มีข้อมูลใดๆ เกิดความผิดปกติจากการคำนวนผ่านระบบ
5. การควบคุมการขนส่ง Frame ไปยัง Gateway Plant ให้ได้ตามแผนที่กำหนด
6. อัพเดตและตรวจสอบสถานะการขนส่งว่าปกติหรือไม่, สอดคล้องตามแผนการขนส่งหรือไม่
7. ติดตามปัญหาและแก้ไขการขนส่ง เช่น บริษัท supplier ขนส่งไม่ได้ตามแผนการขนส่ง
8. ทำ List ของชิ้นส่วน และทำการตรวจสอบข้อมูลเชิง Logistics ทั้งหมด ไม่ว่าจะเป็น Warehouse (จุดเก็บชิ้นส่วน), Order Timing (ช่วงเวลาในการออกออร์เดอร์), Leadtime (เวลาใรการนำส่ง), package code & Package Vol. (บรรจุภัณฑ์), Cycle Time (รอบเวลาในการส่ง)
9. ทบทวนศึกษา Leadtime สำหรับ Line Speed Change เพื่อ Support ปริมาณการผลิต

Qualifications

1. อายุ 22-25 ปี
2. จบวุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขา วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ, วิศวกรรมการผลิต, การจัดการโลจิสติกส์, การจัดการอุตสาหกรรม และสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3. สามารถรายงานเป็นภาษาอังกฤษได้
4. มีความรู้ทางด้านพื้นฐานโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ เช่น Microsoft office (word, Excel, Power point) etc.
