Position : TPS Engineer Staff/specialist (Production Engineer)


Jobdescribe

TPS (Toyota Production System) is mainly management of production reduce cost and production improvement capacity. And management design process flow production process

Job responsible :

• Supervise to improve and reduce time/cost for production productivity according to production target
• Assist to creating and analysis of plan and improvement production process
• TPS project leader to participated with TPS group system for meeting and set up activities
• Creating and modify the TPS tooling for monitoring status on process
• Attend and report to meeting TPS project result in Top management meeting for review result and project presentation
• Assist to Process planning design to archive production target and coordinate job with Production Engineer and Production line together
• Leader to training staff with to understanding of TPS concept
• Assist to production process design, process lay out , improvement, evaluation project result and set up budget plan for TPS activities

Qualifications

• Male/female 25-35 years
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Manufacturing/Production Technology or any related field
• Experience in Production system minimum 3 year up or have similar environment of production process design
• Experience in TPS group/model line will be consider advantageous
• Knowledge and good skill of JIT, Kanban system, lost management, cost analysis, root cause analysis action, IE technique,
• Abilities to have leadership for management project
• Good in written and spoken English
• Can be work well under pressure job
