เอ็ม เอฟ อี ซีฯ ได้สร้างพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจกับบริษัทและผู้ประกอบการด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศชั้นนำระดับโลกมาโดยตลอด โดยมีศูนย์วิจัยและพัฒนา เพื่อสร้างมาตรฐานของสินค้า และบริการด้านระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของไทยให้เป็นที่ยอมรับทั่วโลก พร้อมทั้งพัฒนางานด้วยมาตรฐานด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ CMMI, ITIL และอื่นๆ ด้วยวิสัยทัศน์และกลยุทธ์ที่มุ่งเน้นการเติบโตอย่างยั่งยืน เพื่อมุ่งสู่จุดมุ่งหมายในฐานะ ‘ที่ปรึกษาและเพื่อนคู่คิด’ โดยนำระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมาปรับใช้ให้เหมาะสมและส่งเสริมศักยภาพการแข่งขันขององค์กรลูกค้า ด้วยปณิธานบริษัทคือ “ลูกค้าเสมือนหุ้นส่วน” และก้าวสู่ผู้นำอุตสาหกรรมบริการด้านระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของไทย ด้วยมาตรฐานบริการที่ได้รับการยอมรับทั่วโลก
