JOB DETAILS

職位 : System Engineer (Bangna Branch)



Jobdescribe

1. Troubleshoot and resolve the customer server operation issue.

2. Use monitoring tools such as Nagios to review alerts and take corrective actions.

3. Coordinate with hardware/software vendor for hardware/software issue when out of scope.

4. Remotely connect to servers, applications, network devices to troubleshoot fault or handle incidents.

5. Use ticket tracking system to record all work activity, and follow up with the customer.

6. Troubleshoot every case and check the opportunity to restore the service or give workaround in order to meet the customer needs.

7. If the incident or ticket cannot be solved immediately, follow escalation procedure and assign ticket to appropriate teams and coordinate for solutions.

Qualifications

1. Male age 24 – 30 years old.

2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering or related program.

3. Have experiences in System Engineer more than 3 years.

4. Strong experience of window server 2003, 2008 - Permission, AD, DHCP,DNS,ISA, Group policy.

5. Strong experience of Backup system – Backup Exec or ArcServe.

6. Strong experience of Antivirus system - Trend micro, Symantec, or McAfee.

7. Experience of Mail system - Exchange or Lotus notes.

8. Experience of VMware is an advantage.

9. Experience of Storage is an advantage.
