Position : Logistics Officer (Warehouse)


Jobdescribe

1. Coordinate with Sales Group & Planning Group for various aspects of warehouse operation.
2. Coordinate with 3PL and ISUZU Japan to attain ISUZU standard operation.
3. Schedule regular warehouse activities and maintains the record of stock discrepancy.
4. Collation of documentation for stock movement within warehouse.
5. Monitor system error (SAP) and coordinate with system maintenance team.
6. Manage & control warehouse budget.
7. Control picking instruction daily balance by managing the ones from ISUZU Japan and the ones from IMIT.
8. Monitor overall in/out bound warehouse activities by ensuring if the task is completed as planned.

Qualifications

1. Age not over 30 Years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Logistics supply chain, Business Administration (Warehouse) or related.
3. Experience in this field about 2-5 years .
4. Good command in English .
5. Good in computer skill (Microsoft Office).
