ตำแหน่ง : Recruitment & Training Staff


รายละเอียดงาน

1. Support training by follows the company training plan .
2. Control training and recruitment process by follow procedure of IATF16949, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 .
3. Report training activity to Department of Skills Development.
4. Handle recruitment process in accordance with personnel requisition
5. Interviewing and selecting the temporary worker.
6. New comer orientation and Document concern.
7. Support other company activities such as Kaizen, QCC etc.

คุณสมบัติ

1. Age between 21 - 25 Years Old.
2. Bachelor Degree in General Business Management or Japanese Human Resources Management or Human Resources Management with GPA. 2.5 up
3. 0-1 Year experience in human resources field
4. Good command in English or Japanese
5. Teamwork, Responsibility, Communication, Quality Mind and Discipline
