You life as an IT Service Desk

Help end-user in global scale for IT troubleshooting
Be a point of contact for customers, handle inquiries via phone and email.
Problem analysis and troubleshooting computer day-to-day problem
Support general Hardware (Desktop, Laptop, Printers, Network, Mobile Devices) and Software included Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Exchange Windows Server and Active Directory also SAP
Communicate and liaison with other parties to get the job done
What are we looking for?

Knowledge or certified ITIL v3 is an advantage
Good English both speaking and writing. (TOEIC/TOEFL/IELTS preferred)

Qualifications

1.At least bachelor degree in computer related field with 1 years experiences
2.Problem analysis and troubleshooting skill

6.Basic knowledge of Hardware and Software (SAP is an advantage)
