Position : Training Instructor (Office of After Sales)


Jobdescribe

-Implement training courses to dealer’s aftersales personals.
-Translate, Edit, and Review English workshop manual and text book.
-Develop/improve training curriculum according to the company policy.
-Develop and prepare training materials: Text book, Handout, Pre-Post test, Practical test and all Supporting materials.
- Evaluate and report training results.

Qualifications

-Male age 28-35 years old.
-Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Automotive Technology, Engineering or any fields related.
-Have experience in Training Instructor and/or Automobile Business.
-Fluent in both spoken and written English.
-Good in communication, presentation and computer skill.
-Have a good service mind, sense of responsibility and self motivation.
-Experience in and field of the positions requested is a plus.
-Technical instructor: training to Mechanic/Technician, Foreman
-Non-Technical instructor: training to Serviced Advisor & Parts office.
-Able to travel upcountry.
