職位 : Application Engineer


Jobdescribe

• Complete machine installation, programming, fixture design and training for customers
• Provide technical support to customers via telephone and/or on-site support
• Conduct training for customers
• Analyze customers’ requirement, perform time studies and recommend suitable machines
• Establish and maintain good rapport with customers
• Develop, prepare, generate and analyze ongoing and ad-hoc reports pertaining to Application
• Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

• Technical degree/diploma preferred and 3 years experience in electrical and/or mechanical
troubleshooting
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are welcome to apply
• Valid driving license
• Self driven, result oriented with ability to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal and communication in English (verbal and written)
• Strong Team player with positive working attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application (Outlook, Words, Excel, Powerpoint)
