Establishment

Sompo Japan Insurance (Thailand) Co., Ltd. was established on 13 June 1997 with the registered capital of Baht 300 million. The former name was “Thai-Yasuda Insurance Co., Ltd.” When The Yasuda Fire & Marine, Limited merged with The Nissan Fire & Marine, Limited on 1 July 2002, the new entity has had its new name as Sompo Japan Insurance (Thailand) Co., Ltd. since then.

The company is a joint venture having three major shareholders namely; Sompo Japan Insurance Inc., Japan, Surapon Food Public Company Limited and Saha Pathanapibul Group.

In year 2006 Sompo Japan Insurance (Thailand) established it’s Sriracha branch to provide good service to our customers in the eastern part of the country as well as to cope with the continuous expansion of industry sector in this area. In year 2007, the company celebrated 10th anniversary of its establishment in Thailand.

With our financial background and Japan Insurance Inc.’s network located worldwide and also reinsurance companies both domestics and international which include the corporation to propose the best coverage, services and renovation all the new policies for our customer, you are assured that you will receive the best coverage from the suitable policies and the best service from us.

Qualifications

General Qualifications:
1) Female, Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
2) Good command of written and spoken English.
3) Have good interpersonal skill with service mind.
4) Having a driver's license and having own car is preferable.
5) Experience or knowledge in non-life insurance business is preferable.
