Toshiba Carrier (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is a joint venture between Toshiba Carrier Corporation Japan and Carrier Corporation, based in Connecticut, USA that began in April 1999. It is one of the largest residential air conditioning factories for the two companies and produces high wall split systems, multi-splits, consoles/under-ceiling and window type products. The factory, built by Toshiba in 1990 has increased volume output 3 times since its inception and has expanded its product range and market coverage globally.

Toshiba Carrier (Thailand) Co., Ltd. exports its products to more than 52 countries including countries in the Asia Pacific region, Japan, Europe, the Middle East and Latin America. Position : Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety Officer ( EHS Officer )


Jobdescribe

Duties / Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain all plant environmental, occupational health & safety (EHS) system.
- Promote the EHS awareness to employee at all levels.
- Implement EHS system according to our corporate policies and ISO standard requirements.
- Prepare and maintain the plant environmental, health & safety aspects list.
- Prepare EHS report according to related Thai’s laws and corporate policies.
- Monitor and control all environmental pollution, emission or discharge are not exceed Thai’s laws and corporate policies.
- Conduct the Chemical spill and emergency drill.
- To be a team member of energy saving and green house gas reduction program.
- Participate in the investigation teams in case of EHS accidents and/or incidents occur in the plant premises.

Qualifications

Qualification

- Male/Female 25-29 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Science or any related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental
- Knowledge OHSAS 18001, TIS 18001 and ISO 14001
- Proactive and strong leadership skills
- Good command of English and computer literacy.
- Authorized as waste controller and /or waste operator from ministry of industry would be an advantage
- Able to work in Pathumthani
