職位 : Production Manager


Jobdescribe

- To Control the production process To meet the target and manpower management.
- To make daily production report e.g. production plan, production efficiency, machine problem, quality and safety.
- Cost Control and follow up To meet the target.
- To Preventive maintenance.
- Take care and be responsible to subordinate’s performance.
- Responsible for the task the related to Quality Management System to ensure continued effectiveness.
- Documentation of related document in Quality Management System including always revise to update.

Qualifications

-Male
-Age over 35 years.
-Bachelor Degree or higher in Engineer, Industrial or related field.
-At least 10 years experience in Production function , preferably within an automotive manufacturing environment.
-Experience in rubber manufacturing, rubber injection/compression machine is preferable
-Knowledge in ISO/TS16949, ISO9001,14001
-Good motivate people and high responsible.
-Mature, positive thinking, self-motivated, highly responsible with strong leadership, communication skill and problem solving and analytical skill .
-Good command in English or Japanese
