JOB DETAILS

Position : IT Support / System Engineer or System Administrator


Jobdescribe

• Perform IT support services to record, system installation and implementation
• Provide recommendation and troubleshooting for technical problem to customer service
• support of on-going projects at customer sites with LAN/WAN Infrastructures, TCP/IP, VoIP, Network routing and Storage
• Maintain and support the customer’s OS : Linux, Unix, HP-UX, and Storage, databases,
• manage overall computer system service to ensure that system are stable and enable to work effectively
• Perform routine computer system inspection, maintenance and backup

Qualifications

• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Computer, MIS or other related fields
• Fresh graduates are highly welcome for IT Support or Service Engineer this position.
• Have knowledge of Computer Hardware & Software, Operating System (UNIX, Oracle, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Linux), Microsoft Office, Internet and E-mail
• For System Administrator or System Engineer : at least 2 years’ experience in Installation, Configuration and System Administration for Window Server, SQL Server, Oracle DBA, Exchange Server, Mail Exchange, Mail Server, storage and etc.
- Experience in Network Administration (TCP/IP, WLAN, switch, router and network security), Linux Red-Hat Platform and SQL Command for Database Administration
• Able to support customers at site and require being on standby after office hours, weekends and public holidays
• Strong service mind and team work skills.
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Good command of English
