    職位 : Executive, Administrative Assistant


    Jobdescribe

    - Reports directly and work closely with the Japanese manager (English or Japanese speaking)
    - Provide support with regard to administrative and secretarial function
    - Make appointments and take care of all communications and mailing services
    - Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all levels of both personal and corporate business
    - Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
    - Keep office running on a day-to-day basis
