職位 : Internal Audit Supervisor


Jobdescribe

1. Preparation for audit matters
- Gather and control information related to audit preparation such as Control Self-Assessment (CSA).
- Assist to analyze and evaluate available documents.
2. Internal audit implementation
- Create audit check sheet and implement internal audit based on implementation plan.
- Create audit record and support to hold the conference with audited companies and department.
- Create audit report and support to provide feedback to audited companies and department.
- Follow up the pointed out audit items.
3. Implementation of diagnosis works
- Support cause analysis and consideration of countermeasures.
- Ensure the implementation of countermeasures and follow up incomplete matters.
- Ensure the efficiency of improvement.
4. Others
- Support document and materials matters, including translation (Thai-English-Japanese).
- Support other tasks assigned by superior.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor Degree in Law, Finance, Internal Audit, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven 5 years experience in Internal Audit field is advantage.
3. Language Skill: Advanced Business English, JPLT Level 2 or higher is advantage.
4. Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping.
5. Highly developed communication and influencing skill with ability to build relationships at across the organization at all levels.
6. Accountable for own decisions and actions whilst respectful of the professional responsibilities of others.
7. Proactive and good team player.
8. High degree of integrity, responsibility and professional ethics.
