Jobdescribe

Job responsible :
• Managing and control of quality process and ensure that all product are agree to standard
• Arrange data and verify of customer complaint information and report
• Cooperated with production/supplier for abnormal parts/materials for corrective and preventive action
• Raw material and receiving inspection improvement
• Analysis result of quality measurement and ensure that follow standard
• Suppliers control and improvement of new model and mass production, supplier annual audit

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree of Engineer/Science in Material/industrial/Metallurgical/Mechanical/Polymer or related quality experience
• Experience 0-3 years up in Quality assurance or quality improvement
• Strong understanding of QA system and measurement tooling, equipment controlling in advance
• Strong understanding of engineering drawing and have technical skill
• Experience in quality assurance and IATFS16949, 5 packs, Internal auditor, supplier audit control
• Understanding of QA/QC process and good analytical skill and solving problem
• Understanding of inspection machine/measurement tooling and equipment controlling
• Good English communication and presentation skills and computer literacy
