Position : General Manager ( Training After Sales)


Jobdescribe

-Makes the annual business plan’s both Technical Training & Non-Technical Training of each fiscal year for nationwide dealers.
-Conducts in-house training of Technician, Service Advisor, Parts Officer and other positions for nationwide dealers.
-Conducts in-house training of Body & Paint repair for dealers who do Body & Paint business.
-Conducts on-site training of special courses in each region for nationwide dealers.
-Conducts and supports of new model courses for nationwide dealers and oversea distributors in accordance with the MMC’s request.
-Conducts and supports MMC’s distributors for training courses required by MMC.
-Plans and conducts annual Aftersales Skill Contest activities for nationwide dealers.
-Supports service and technical information as well as advices for trouble shooting of vehicles to nationwide dealers according to dealer’s request.
-Supports PR, Marketing, Social and/or other activities according to the request from other divisions in MMTh.
-Create and follow up training effectiveness with procedure of KPI management.

Qualifications

-Male, age between 40-45 years.
-Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
-Posses some working experience in Automobile service at least 10 years.
-Good command of written and spoken English.
-Able to work up-country on assigned duration.
