Position : Sales Administrator


Jobdescribe

• Provide general and sales support to the sales team by preparing and processing quotations, purchase
orders, delivery orders, invoices
• Process export license application for customers and monitor the machine delivery status
• Update customers’ information and maintain good filing system
• Prepare and generate ongoing and ad-hoc reports pertaining to Sales.
• Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in any related fields
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are welcome to apply
• Knowledge of Japanese language an advantage
• Meticulous, matured, self-motivated and reliable
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good interpersonal and communication in English (verbal and written)
• Strong Team player with positive working attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application (Outlook, Words, Excel, Powerpoint)
