Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Male age 40-45 years
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer or related field
• Minimum 10 years experience in Manufacturing, plus 5 years in management level
• Experience in Japanese manufacturing company
• Good command of English or Japanese ( TOEIC 700 or over)
• Good coordination skills and strong leadership
• Have a chance to be trained in Indonesia, USA and Japan
