Position : System Engineer (MTIS)


Jobdescribe

Location : MFEC ( LPN Tower)

Responsibilities:

Implement/consultation for system monitoring such as for Zabbix.
propose to improve IT Service Management in terms of System Monitoring, and Prepare report to customer.
Almost are remote support and some onsite for Implement or troubleshooting.
Knowledge in dows Server and Linux is preferable.
Experience and Skill as well as CCNA Level /Configuration (VLAN, Routing, SNMP) /Virtualization Skill (VMware) /Basic Knowledge ITIL will be advantageous

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
- At least 0-3 years experienced in System Engineer in IT Business.
- Proficient in Internet related applications such as Microsoft Exchange, Web Server and Firewall.
Knowledge in OS of Windows Server.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
- Have Skill CCNA Level
Configuration (VLAN, Routing, SNMP)
Virtualization Skill (VMware)
Basic Knowledge ITIL
- Can do attitude
- Good command of English in speaking and listening skill
- Interested in modern technology and eager to learn new things.
- Able to work at customer sites.
- Good command of English
